Exploring healing in relationship
Mindfulness-based psychotherapy in SheffieldI am a Senior Student of Core Process Psychotherapy training with the Karuna Institute. My pronouns are she/her.My work is grounded in mindfulness and relational presence, with a deep interest in interconnectedness, the natural world, and how we navigate these complex and polarised times.I currently offer in-person sessions on Mondays in a private room above the Site Gallery in central Sheffield (S1)

How I work
I am particularly drawn to the ways personal healing is intertwined with our relationships, our histories and the wider living world. At the heart of my work is a deep belief in our fundamental interconnectedness – with ourselves, with one another, and with the more-than-human world. I work with deep respect for the wisdom of the body and the unconscious, and hold a strong interest in spiritual enquiry, ritual, and and the deeper questions of being human.I recognise the profound challenges of these times – including the climate and ecological emergency, increasing polarisation, and collective uncertainty. I hold therapy as a space to explore how these wider forces live in us personally, supporting clients to stay connected to themselves and others in the midst of complexity and change.
about me
My therapeutic style is gentle, spacious and collaborative. I offer a warm, attuned presence, supporting clients to explore patterns, emotions and life questions at their own pace, and to reconnect with their innate capacity for wholeness, aliveness and belonging.I began my career working in global gender equity and systems change, holding senior leadership roles where I supported organisations and leaders to navigate complexity, power and purpose. Alongside this, I became deeply interested in how personal and collective patterns shape the way we live and lead, which drew me into psychotherapy training. I now bring this blend of systemic awareness, relational depth and mindfulness into my therapeutic work.I hold trainee membership of the UKCP (UK Council of Psychotherapy) and ACPP (Association of Core Process Psychotherapists) and I am working towards graduation and full accreditation.
